Approach

  1. Brief exploration of your development needs an objectives.
  2. Introduction to two coaches that likely match who you are and these needs.
  3. Your choice of your executive coach.
  4. Joint write-up of your development goals in the coaching contract.
  5. Your trajectory of 5-7 coaching sessions over a period of 3 - 5 months starts.
  6. You monitor your progress with your coach during every session.
  7. Coaches draw working methods from their extensive experience such as: coaching dialogue using: psychometrics, voice dialogue, child-adult- elderly dynamics, triad conversations with your manager, emotional life story and connected breathwork amongst others. Each coach will have their own skill and expertise with different working methods.
