Making culture transformation simple, concrete & impactful

While we leap into a new world of organizations and enrich the world we work in, we are also here to enrich each other’s lives.

We are the go-to community of like spirited changemakers who believe in the power of relationships and collaboration. We started out because transforming the world of work is a job we need do together. We do not distinguish between clients, partners, employees or competitors, we are all part of the same ecosystem.

Our approach for
sustainable change

Become aware
of what is

Making the unconscious, conscious. And making the intangible, tangible. That’s where we start. We use dialogue, interviews and measurement to understand what works and what doesn’t work in the organization. From there, we define the need for change.

Co-create the
change together

We believe in the power of co-creation and aim for a transformation that is desired and supported. In dialogue with a wide group of employees, we define what the dot on the horizon should be and what is the best way to get there. Together we sketch a program plan.

Move from mind to heart & hands

We make our programs tangible and concrete. Organizations don’t transform, people do. So, we give a clear answer to ‘’What do people need to know & learn to embrace this transformation?’’ and ‘’How can we capture change in habits and behaviors?’’

Ignite a movement

When the direction is clear, it is time to engage and develop. Development programs are a combination of strong leadership development, development and gathering a (growing) number of ambassadors’ and co-creating symbols and rituals together.

Root in day-to-day workplace

Change is reinforced and sustained by deeply rooting it in the workplace. In the last step, we translate habits & behaviors to all touchpoints in the employee journey, to meeting structures, team arrangements, rituals and agreed roles and responsibilities. We translate the intangible (mindset, purpose, values) to the tangible (process, structure, strategy, goals).

“If you want to change people’s behavior, change the environment they work in. Make it more challenging and better supported.”
