  • Envision your story, your vision to inspire and how the organization will change from its reality today into your vision of the future. We often work with Flatland to envision using inspiring drawings which emerge throughout our workshops and are fine-tuned afterwards.
  • Engage your leaders with courage and guts. Ensure they all engage and help translate the vision into a strategy that can be realized?
  • Energize your people. It starts with you! If you are energized by your vision, it is more likely that  the team and organization will get excited by it and give it their best.
  • Enable your people to realize their capabilities and grow their confidence to be part of realizing your People & Culture strategy. We will help to inspire, teach, train and mentor, but also buy or hire talent.
  • Execute in cycles with consistency, and regular learning loops to adapt as we go along.

POC / HR Capability building

How we will work with your internal HR/POC team:

  • We are keen to undertake projects which are challenging and risky. if there is no risk, or little at stake, don’t call us.
  • We will do as much as needed to make the project a success and mitigate the risks while we will do as little as possible: what can be done internally, must be done internally. Especially if that’s a stretch for the team.
  • We are committed to grow the teams POC capability and will challenge them to grow through working with us.
  • We will make proposals how to increase the internal change capability. So we can jointly define how to grow the internal change capability.
  • Growth happens through ‘shuffling shit’ together. We commit to giving and receiving the feedback we all need to grow together.
