Executive coaching
Once you have determined that your learning goals include increasing yourself awareness, getting a better understanding of your emotional make up and increasing your leadership impact, executive coaching is the most personal and tailored way to address these goals.
Opire has a network of qualified executive coaches who will be glad to explore your development needs and goals. We now know from research on the results of coaching that the match between coach and coachee is crucial. That is why we have put a rigorous process in place to come to a good match:
Approach
- Brief exploration of your development needs an objectives.
- Introduction to two coaches that likely match who you are and these needs.
- Your choice of your executive coach.
- Joint write-up of your development goals in the coaching contract.
- Your trajectory of 5-7 coaching sessions over a period of 3 - 5 months starts.
- You monitor your progress with your coach during every session.
- Coaches draw working methods from their extensive experience such as: coaching dialogue using: psychometrics, voice dialogue, child-adult- elderly dynamics, triad conversations with your manager, emotional life story and connected breathwork amongst others. Each coach will have their own skill and expertise with different working methods.

Connected breathwork

A connected breathing session is a magical journey along the source of your life: your breath. Your breath is honest about what is alive in you right now. It brings you directly to the source of, for instance: your need for control, your need to be loved and recognized, your perfectionism or hard work. Connected breathing creates space to change your fundamental beliefs and judgments, understand your emotional triggers and discharge emotions.
